Are You Hungry?




We serve meals made from the from the freshest of ingredients Thursday through Sunday of each week. On Mondays through Wednesdays we serve roadkill (just kidding, the kitchen is mostly closed).

Our regular hours are:
  • Breakfast - 8 AM to 10 AM.
  • Lunch - 11 AM to 3 PM.
Our irregular hours are whenever else the chef feels like cooking (and he really likes to cook). You can get breakfast almost any day when we have overnight guests. We are a bed and breakfast and we have to heat up the grill anyway. We reserve the right to fish in the morning on days when we have no guests. All hours are subject to change at the chef's whim.



Vic Garrison, our master chef, was classically trained at New Mexico Department of Corrections and Nadine's Cafe in Austin, Texas. His assistant chef, Jack Rigney, is a longtime resident of Lincoln. He cooked Bob Ollinger's last meal before he was shot.

As I have previously mentioned, Vic really likes to cook, so give him a call if you need a private party or event catered. He can cook almost anything, including prison food, if you aren't particularly fond of the people at the at the party or event.

The lunch menu for this weekend will include a green chili cheeseburger. Call or drop by for further details.
Your basic bacon and eggs breakfast is served almost every morning.
