Vic Garrison, our master chef, was classically trained at New Mexico
Department of Corrections
and Nadine's Cafe in Austin, Texas. His assistant chef, Jack Rigney, is
a
longtime resident
of Lincoln. He cooked Bob Ollinger's last meal before he was shot.
As I have previously mentioned, Vic really likes to cook, so give him a
call if you need a private party or event catered. He can cook almost
anything, including prison food, if you aren't particularly fond of the
people at the at the party or event.
The lunch menu for this weekend will include a green chili cheeseburger. Call or drop by for further details.
